LOCANDA53 offers 3 boutique rooms, all with private bathroom, kettle and complimentary tea and coffee.

All of our rooms are located on the first floor of the building and breakfast is served in the breakfast room on the second floor.

NB: None of our rooms have air conditioning and are not serviced by an elevator.

After we have confirmed your booking we will send you our breakfast menu from which to choose.

We made the choice not to offer a breakfast buffet both for sanitary reasons and because we believe that a breakfast chosen by you and served fresh by us is the best way to start the day with less waste and more love.

We make our breakfast items in house using fresh, local, organic produce wherever possibile so please let us know as soon as possibile if you have any food allergies or intolerance.

LOCANDA53 is located in the (ZTL) limited traffic zone of Arco's city centre so unfortunately you won't be able to arrive directly in your car. There is however a loading zone 80m away where you can briefly unload your car.

We have the possibility to create PARKING permits which are valid for many different parking places around Arco for €3 per day.

If you are interested in a parking permit please ask us for more information when booking  your stay.

At LOCANDA53 we happily welcome your well behaved dog upon request and availability.

We do however ask an extra final cleaning fee of €30.

We also ask that you keep your dog on a leash in all of the common areas and advice that due to sanitary reasons pets are' not allowed in the breakfast room.

If you would like to stay with your dog please confirm availability before booking as we try not to have more than two dogs staying with us at a time.
